Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further images made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
